Well-maintained unit with iron board, 1 floor plus a wide selection of movies to watch. Great service and comfortable and perfect location so close to all the attractions and touring the Island. Also, to the cable car as well as Cenang beach.

The restaurant was excellent with beautiful rooftop sunset views.

The sliding bathroom door did not seal properly. To make matters worse, there was a persistent noise from the air conditioning that kept us awake at night.

The rooftop swimming pool was awesome, really refreshing after a day out and brekkie was actually pretty nice, lots of fruit choices and a good variety. The bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure, made showering really nice.

We had to change rooms 3 times in 2 nights cause the aircon didn't work, and the staff didn't seem to care about all the hassle. Plus, the internet was super slow.

Lovely stay with really good rooftop views

The room was clean and the air conditioning was impressively strong. Breakfast was decent, though I would have preferred more variety. It was a pleasant getaway with helpful staff, made sure everything was in order.

We would recommend this hotel. Everything was immaculate, respectful staff, stunning views of the mountains. the room was brand-new, and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets - that's cool. Relaxing restaurant served Chinese specialities.
